How to contact us?

You can contact us via the contact form on our website. Please note that we are available during weekdays and will reply in 1-3 working days.

Sizing

How do I know the right size?

Use a flexible measuring tape and place it around your dog's neck (same position as the collar use to be). Place two fingers between neck and tape then measure the circumference.

Look at our size chart and select the correct size on the product page. Inbetween sizes, size up for your dogs comfort.

What if my size is not available?

Cano Ateliers is a slow fashion brand for dogs, we do not believe in mass production but handmade quality products.

This means our size range is currently limited. If your size is not present within our current sizing scheme, please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship within the European Union from our storage location in The Netherlands

How long does shipping take?

Within The Netherlands 1-3 business days.

Within the European Unions 2-5 Business days.

The above days are indicative, please check your tracking link for the most accurate delivery time. Delays might occur.

Do you apply shipping costs?

Shipping costs are applied during check out and are based on your location.

If you order above a certain price threshold, depending on your location, shipping costs may be waived.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Cano Ateliers cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses. If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us immediatly.

We cannot fully guarantee that change requests can be fulfilled after an order is placed. Please check all details carefully before finalizing your order.

What is your return/refund policy?

Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused and packaging included.

The order can be send it back to us at your own cost. To start the return process email Info@canoateliers.com or login to your account and request a return. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
